Tai Chi

A calming and relaxing exercise helping participants to destress, develop mental focus and strengthen mental and physical balance. Classes are ongoing throughout the year and are open to all experience levels.

Rock Steady Boxing

Seacoast Rock Steady Boxing, a unique exercise program, based on training used by boxing pros, and adapted to people with Parkinson’s disease, is a health and wellness program at NEWMA. The program involves regular exercises, such as stretching, bicycling, running, jump-roping, push-ups, balancing and lots of non-contact boxing, led by experienced trainers/coaches.  Rock Steady Boxing serves both men and women of all ages and levels of ability.

Shotokan Karate

Traditional Karate Training for the whole family at reasonable rates. The Rochester Shotokan Karate Dojo is the longest continuously active karate program in the seacoast area with over 50 years existence! 

Fuji Fitness

FUJI Fitness Circuit Training Center provides a means of exercise and focus on fitness through a ten-station circuit. Want to exercise but are limited on time? Our 30-minute training routines through the circuit stations provide total body work for all muscle groups to meet your goals whether they be to lose weight and inches, increase strength, relieve stress, burn fat or improve flexibility.
